EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar spoke about India’s trade negotiations with the United States at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum, saying they are moving in the right direction.
He also signaled continued efforts to finalise an agreement despite differences over tariffs and market access.
EAM Jaishankar’s remarks followed U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer’s assessment earlier this month that negotiations were approaching their final stretch.
