US President Donald Trump on Sunday invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be part of the “Board of Peace,” which will work towards bringing lasting peace to Gaza.
US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gor, shared the invitation letter from US President Trump to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media X.
In the letter, US President Donald Trump wrote, “It is my Great Honor to invite you, as Prime Minister of the Republic of India, to join me in a critically historic and Magnificent effort to solidify Peace in the Middle East and, at the same time, to embark on a bold new approach to resolving Global Conflict!”
Present Trump also referred to his September 29 announcement of a comprehensive plan to end the Gaza conflict, as well as his 20-point roadmap to bring peace to the region.The invitation comes as the US administration moves forward with formalizing the “Board of Peace” structure linked to Donald Trump’s broader Gaza roadmap.
