Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undertake a three-nation visit from 15 to 18 December, covering Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman, the Ministry of External Affairs announced on Friday.
In the first leg of the visit, PM Modi will travel to Jordan, where he is scheduled to meet King Abdullah II. He will also address a business forum and participate in a community event, the MEA said during a media briefing in New Delhi.
On the second leg, the Prime Minister will be in Ethiopia on 16–17 December. The visit underscores India’s commitment to strengthening South-South cooperation. PM Modi will hold one-on-one and delegation-level talks with Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali.
In the final leg from 17–18 December, PM Modi will visit Oman, accompanied by a high-level delegation. India shares a special partnership with Oman, built on strong trade linkages and deep people-to-people ties. Several bilateral documents and agreements are expected to be signed during the visit.
