An International travelling exhibition “Vaccines Injecting Hope” was inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Culture Arjun Ram Meghwal at National Science Centre, NCSM in New Delhi this morning. NCSM and Science Museum Group, London have joined hands to tell the story of the global effort to develop vaccines at higher speed. The exhibition aims to decipher the science of vaccines and tell the story of how they were developed.
NCSM Director General Arijit Dutta Choudhury said, this project will further strengthen the bond between the two leading Science Museums network in India and UK. Director and Chief Executive of the Science Museum, Sir Ian Blatchford said, this exhibition will represent the remarkable global effort that succeeded in creating effective COVID-19 vaccines. He said, world is a much better place due to Indian science. The International travelling exhibition will be on display at National Science Centre till 18th June 2023. It will be open to the public from 9.30 am to 6 pm daily.
