Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur today hit out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for raking up the Pegasus snooping issue again. Briefing media in New Delhi, Mr. Thakur said, Mr. Gandhi is making hue and cry on foreign soil over the issue and defaming India. He added that respect for India has increased across the world under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’ leadership.
The Minister said, yesterday’s election results show that Congress has been wiped once again. He alleged that the opposition party is not able to accept the people’s mandate.
