The Supreme Court on Thursday posted the plea of former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia to october 12 in a case related to the alleged irregularities in the aap govts liquor policy 2021-22.
The excise policy brought by delhi government to reform liquor trade was scraped following allegations like irregularities in its formulation and implementation to benefit private parties.
