Mainpuri By Election: Samajwadi Party Candidate, Dimple Yadav leads by over 2.5 lakh votes in Mainpuri

Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate Dimple Yadav (6,08,294 votes) has managed to get a huge lead of over 2.5 lakh votes against her nearest rival Raghuraj Singh Shakya (3,24,308 votes) of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as the counting of votes was still under way for bypolls to the Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat. Voting for Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat was held on December 5.
