Political parties in poll-bound Karnataka have intensified their campaign as only a week has been left before the May 10 Assembly elections. Major political parties BJP, Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) have released their manifesto and leaders of all these parties are focusing on taking them to voters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a rally at Moodabidri in Dakshin Kannada district.
Mr Modi said, while the BJP government is trying to make Karnataka Number One state in the country, Congress is trying to make the state an ATM for the party. Prime Minister said, entire politics of Congress is based on divide and rule. He said Congress is known for creating violence and disturbing law and order in the state. To ensure a peaceful State and harmony among communities, Mr Modi appealed to voters to vote for BJP.
