Israeli Minister Benny Gantz said last night that Israel would choose the appropriate time and method to retaliate and “exact the price from Iran” following the unprecedented drone and missile attacks on its territories. The Israeli military has claimed that with a defense coalition of their international partners, they have successfully intercepted 99 percent of the aerial threats launched by Iran.
“IDF: Together with a defense coalition of international partners, we achieved a successful interception of 99% aerial threats launched by Iran,” said Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a post on X.
Lauding Israel’s preparedness, Defence Forces (IDF) Spokesperson Rear Adm Daniel Hagari said that this was a “significant strategic achievement.” Hagari attributed the success to the combination of the IDF’s aerial and technological superiority and the collective strength of the allied coalition, which effectively neutralized the majority of the threats posed by Iran.
