The Ethics Committee of Lok Sabha will adopt a draft report on the cash-for-query allegation against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra today, November 9. A meeting will be held in the Parliament House in New Delhi under the Chairmanship of BJP MP Vinod Kumar Sonkar in this regard.
Mahua Moitra had appeared before the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee in the alleged cash-for-query scam on the second of this month. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey had alleged that TMC MP had taken bribes to ask questions in Parliament on behalf of the businessman to target the Adani Group and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, Mahua Moitra had refuted the allegation.
