Home Minister Amit Shah today said the Delhi Police has emerged as the world’s best police force in the last 75 years. He said, it has changed its complete functioning. Mr. Shah was addressing the 76th Raising Day Parade of Delhi Police event in New Delhi.
Remembering the Police ecosystem, Mr. Shah said that before the Independence, the Police work was not focusing on citizens’ services. Police only ensured the interests of the British. He said, after Independence, Delhi Police Service moved forward with the sources of Peace, Service and Justice.
