Actor and politician Govinda was shot in the leg by his own gun early in the morning at around 4:45 AM. The incident occurred as he was getting ready to leave his home. He has since been admitted to Criticare Hospital for treatment.
According to sources, the actor was supposed to take an early morning flight to Kolkata. Govinda was admitted to the hospital at 5.15 AM, and he is now reported to be out of danger, according to sources at the hospital. The police have arrived at the scene to assess the situation, and they have taken Govinda’s revolver into custody. The case is currently under investigation.
