The Government has said that 535 Railway stations have been covered with 572 One-Station, One-Product outlets. Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said this in a written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha yesterday.
The One-Station, One-Product scheme has been launched with the objective to promote Vocal for the Local vision of the Government. The scheme provides a market for local products and creates additional income opportunities for the marginalised sections of society.
