The Indian Air Force (IAF) today marked 90 years of excellence and began its celebrations in Chandigarh with a band march and parade. On the occasion, the Chief of Indian Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhary said that they have inherited the proud legacy curated by sheer hard work, perseverance, and vision of their predecessors, right to acknowledge the contribution of their veterans who chartered this course.
Air Chief Marshal said, “Induction of air warriors into the Indian Air Force through Agnipath scheme is a challenge for all of us. But more importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to harness the potential of India’s youth and channelise it towards service of the nation.
